Chloe Cook (born c. 1978 in Anniston) is the executive director of the Sidewalk Moving Pictures Festival, hired in April 2009 to replace Catherine Pfitzer.

Before coming to Sidewalk, Collins was director of corporate communications for the national "Enjoy the City" coupon-book program. She has also been a senior account executive for WillbanksElam and director of marketing and public relations for the Birmingham Music Cooperative. Prior to that she assisted the director of the Kiwanis Club of Birmingham and managed event services for the Harbert Center.

Collins eanred a bachelor of arts degree in communication from Auburn University in 2000. She and her first husband, Nathan, had one daughter, Clea Clementine. She married Josh Vasa in October 2018.
