Chris Cummings (born c. 1969) is a political consultant, president of the Huffman neighborhood association, and a candidate for Birmingham City Council District 1 in the 2009 Birmingham City Council election.

Cummings has a bachelor of science in economics from Alabama State University and has been employed in the Birmingham Mayor's office and the Division of Youth Services. He was also an executive assistant to Councilor Carol Duncan. As a City Council candidate she is running on a platform of economic development and integrity in government.
