Cleopatra Kennedy (born April 25, 1943 in Birmingham) was a member of the Alabama Christian Movement for Human Rights Choir, led by Carlton Reese, one of the Gospel Harmonettes, and also one of the James Cleveland Singers. In 1993 she toured with the Freedom Singers.

In 2007, Kennedy was honored with the "Cleo Kennedy Love Day Celebration" at Souls Harbor Deliverance Ministry in Ensley.
