Cliffview Apartments is a 14-unit apartment building at 3401 Cliff Road in Birmingham's Highland Park neighborhood, near the Highland Park Golf Course. The two-story, 9,268 square-foot building was constructed on a 1/2-acre lot in 1967.

In March 2011 a 53-year-old man was shot to death at his brother-in-laws home in the Cliffview Apartments. The brother-in-law, Eric Scott Thomas, was convicted of murder and sentenced to 25 years in prison.

In early 2017 TC Limited sold the property to Coosa Investments LLC for $1.8 million. OG Southside LLC, an affiliate of Berkadia, paid $2.3 million to acquire Cliffview Apartments in December of the same year.

OG Southside sold the property to Gladstone Equity Partners, headed by David and Bradley Creasy for $985,000 in 2019. They plan a general renovation of the interior and exterior.
