David Martin Gray (born February 28, 1970) is a former president of Daxko, and founder of Biso Collective and Stoneybrook Ventures.

Gray attended airborne school at Fort Benning, Georgia. He earned his bachelor of science in management information systems at Auburn University in 1995. While in school he worked as a programmer for Drummond Company and for Grant Thornton International in Chicago, Illinois, where he stayed on as a manger. In 1997 he moved to Atlanta, Georgia to serve as director of professional services for Calico Commerce. In 2001 he came to Birmingham to perform the same role for CTS Inc.

Gray succeeded Daxko founder Tom Patterson as chief executive officer in January 2003. He headed the company even as GI Partners of San Francisco, California acquired a majority stake in the business in 2016. He was succeeded by Ron Lamb as CEO in 2018. Gray subsequently partnered with EBSCO Industries to launch Biso Collective, with aims to acquire and manage a portfolio of "Software as a Service" (SaaS) companies. That project did not survive the COVID pandemic, and Gray moved on to a similar undertaking, Stoneybrook Ventures, backed by Pimlico Capital of Pikesville, Maryland.

In addition to his businesses, Gray has chaired the board of the Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham and served on the boards of YMCA Birmingham and Endeavor Atlanta, and on the advisory board of the Raymond J. Harbert College of Business at Auburn.
