David Faulkner (born June 27, 1968) is an attorney state legislator, representing District 46 in the Alabama House of Representatives since 2014.

Faulkner received his bachelors degree from the University of Alabama and his law degree from The University of Alabama School of Law.

In 2014, Faulkner ran to fill the vacancy left by Paul DeMarco, defeating Steve French in the primary. In 2018 he defeated Felicia Stewart in the general election.
