Eastern Health System was a network of three hospitals on the eastern side of the Birmingham area which was merged into Ascension St Vincent's in 2007.

Eastern Health signed a management agreement with St Vincent's in December 2005. Ascension formalized the merger on July 2, 2007.

St Clair Regional Hospital, Pell City (40 beds)
