El Barrio Restaurante y Bar is a Mexican restaurant and bar located at 2211 2nd Avenue North.

It is owned by Geoff Lockert and Brian Somershield of Trattoria Centrale along with their fellow Cleveland, Ohio transplant Chris Cullen. The head chef is Neville Baay.

El Barrio opened for lunch in December 2011.

The floor-to-ceiling mural inside the building was painted by Shane B.
