The European Bakery was a bakery operated by D. C. Pantaze in the 1895 Louis Saks building at 1904 1st Avenue North in the 1930s and 1940s.

The bakery had a liquor license, which was revoked by the Birmingham City Commission for 90 days beginning on June 15, 1948.
