Jean Evens Estinfort (born c. 1973 in France) is a chef and restauranteur. After graduating from the Ecole de Paris des Métiers de la Table he moved to the United States. He worked at the Five Points Grill and the Lakeview Oyster House for several years before making plans to open his own Cafe de Paris on 7th Avenue South in late 2008.
