Jean Evens Estinfort (born c. 1973 in France) is a chef and restauranteur. After graduating from the Ecole de Paris des Métiers de la Table he moved to the United States. He worked at the Five Points Grill and the Lakeview Oyster House for several years before making plans to open Café de Paris with partner Serge Pambo in late 2008.
