Farrington Apartments is a 104-unit apartment complex operated by the Housing Authority of the Birmingham District. It located at 2935 Creek Lane Northeast in unincorporated Jefferson County between Center Point and Chalkville.

The complex, constructed in 1980, was owned and managed by Arlington Properties before HABD acquired it in 2019. The $4 million transaction included an agreement for Arlington to carry out a $20 million renovation project, which was completed in 2020.

HABD manages about 1/3 of the units as public housing, with the remainder leased to low-income tenants.
