Farrington Apartments is a 104-unit apartment complex operated as public housing by the Housing Authority of the Birmingham District. It located at 2935 Creek Lane Northeast in unincorporated Jefferson County between Center Point and Chalkville.

The complex, constructed in 1980, was owned and managed by Arlington Properties before HABD acquired it in 2019. The transaction included an agreement for Arlington to carry out a $20 million renovation project, which was completed in 2020.
