Giano's Italian Deli is an Italian restaurant located at 1919 Kentucky Avenue in the Vestavia Hills City Center.

The restaurant, owned by John Giangrosso, was opened for 18 years at 273 Lakeshore Parkway in Wildwood before having to relocate after the western section of that shopping center was razed.
