Glare was an entertainment magazine covering Black culture which was published in Birmingham beginning in August 1951 and continuing through at least April 1954. It was edited by Ray Jones and was published monthly by the Glare Publishing Company, owned by Mayo T. Forniss. The company's offices were located at 1421 4th Avenue North.

The magazine, with the motto "Spotlight on the South," primarily covered entertainment and social functions. Profiles of black-owned businesses and black schools were also published. OJ's Club 2728 was a featured sponsor. The magazine was distributed by subscription and on newsstands with a cover price of 20 cents.
