Greer, Holmquist & Chambers was an architecture firm with offices in the Lincoln Life Building at 1829 1st Avenue North. The partners of the firm at its establishment in 1938 were Dupree Greer, Walter Holmquist and William Chambers. Holmquist's son, Gordon also joined the firm.

The firm operated from the 4th floor of the Lincoln Life Building in the 1950s, but moved to larger quarters on the 7th floor before 1962.

Greer, Holmquist & Chambers received numerous commissions for Greyhound bus terminals, many of which were constructed by Brice Building Company.
