Highland Manor is a 15-story assisted-living apartment tower located at 2040 Highland Avenue on the corner of 21st Street South.
The building was constructed in 1961 as the Colony Motor Hotel, later rebranded as a Sheraton Motor Inn.
The apartment building was repainted in 2006 and remodeled inside and out in 2017. In December 2020 a fire in one unit caused two deaths.
