Incahoots Restaurant was a casual restaurant owned by former Sneaky Pete's franchisee Harold Deason and his wife Claudia. They first opened in 1984 on Braddock Drive and Hoover Court in Hoover. They expanded twice in that location, to 150 seats, before moving to a much larger space in Helena.

From 2002 until it closed, Incahoots was located at 4300 Helena Road in Old Town Helena overlooking Buck Creek. The Helena location featured an upstairs meeting room, a tiki bar and outside dining areas. The Kiwanis Club of Helena held its meetings in the upper room at Incahoots.

In May 2008, Incahoots was named by Birmingham News as one of the 10 best places to dine outside.

The restaurant did not reopen after closing on December 31, 2008. Deason reported that business was great, but that he was ready to retire from ownership.
