Jack Fields is the executive director of the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex.

Fields was born in Birmingham and earned his bachelor's degree in marketing and management from the University of Alabama. He joined the BJCC staff in 1990, rising to director of real estate, development and community affairs before being promoted to assistant executive director in 2004, then to executive director in 2006.

On August 18, 2010 the BJCC board voted not to extend his contract beyond December 10.
