John C. Harris (born c. 1949) is a retired letter carrier and president of the North Titusville neighborhood association.

Harris, a graduate of Ullman High School, ran unsuccessfully for Birmingham City Council in the 2001 and 2005 elections. He ran again for the open District 6 seat in the 2013 Birmingham municipal election. Harris is a supporter of Carole Smitherman's former council assistant Alice Williams and pledged to retain her in that role.
