John Nuckols is a jazz drummer / percussionist residing in Birmingham, Alabama. He is a member of several active performing ensembles, including Cleve Eaton and the Alabama All Stars and Ray Reach and Friends. John received the Bachelor of Music degree in percussion from the University of Alabama, and studied jazz drumming with Alan Dawson (drummer for Dave Brubeck) while living in the Boston area.
