Hilton Tapestry Collection is a hotel under development in the former Protective Life building at 2027 1st Avenue North, adjoining the 21st Street Viaduct. It is expected to open in 2021.

Rhaglan Hospitality is serving as developer and operator for the hotel, which will be branded under Hilton's "Tapestry Collection" nameplate. Fifth Dimension Architecture designed the renovations, which include retail or restaurant tenant space in an adjoining low-rise building.
