Lamar Anthony Green (born March 22, 1947 in Birmingham) is a retired professional basketball player. Green graduated from Carver High School then played for Morehead State University in Kentucky. He was a third round draft pick of the NBA's Phoenix Suns in 1969, and played with the Suns from 1969 until 1974. He then played one season (1974-75) for the New Orleans Jazz.
