The Larry Lemak residence is a 6,913 square-foot "Georgian Colonial" style brick home on a 3½-acre lot at 2801 Cherokee Road. It was built in 1983 for Dr Larry Lemak and his wife, Georgine.

The six-bedroom house was designed by Henry Sprott Long & Associates. It features a marble-floored foyer; a large, open kitchen; a paneled library; a full, finished basement; and a swimming pool and semi-enclosed hot tub.

The Lemaks put the house on the market in 2017. In 2019 the Lemak residence was used as the Decorators' ShowHouse fund-raiser for the Alabama Symphony Orchestra.
