Leo M. Bashinsky (born July 29, 1917 in Troy, Pike County; died 2006) was a physician.

Bashinsky was the son of Leo E. Bashinsky and his wife Cora. He earned his bachelor's degree and M.D. at Vanderbilt University and practiced as a pediatrician. He served as a captain in the Army Medical Corps during World War II and later became an attending consultant physician for the Crippled Children's Clinic in Birmingham.

Bashinsky married Betty Riddle of Burlington, North Carolina on April 1945 and had three children, Leo, Robert and Betty.
