Leonard Alan Slick (born November 23, 1951 in Fairmont, West Virginia; died July 11, 2012 in Birmingham) was the founder and owner of Slick Finish, a car detailing business.

Slick graduated from Shades Valley High School and attended UAB. He was an award-winning Western horseman and expert small bore rifle marksman when he was younger. He worked at many automotive-related businesses before founding Slick Finish.

Slick found himself a witness in a lawsuit that went to the U.S. Supreme Court, BMW of North America, Inc. v. Gore, after Dr. Ira Gore brought his BMW to Slick Finish to be cleaned. It was Slick who discovered the car, which had been sold as brand new, had been repainted prior to purchase.

Slick was survived by his brother; daughter, Jenny, who inherited his business; grandson; and numerous cousins.
