Loo Choy (born March 1, 1899 in Canton (Guangzhou), China; died September 26, 1959 in Homewood) was co-owner of Joy Young Restaurant.

Loo came to Birmingham around 1914. He and his wife had one daughter. They resided on Carr Avenue in Homewood. He died in 1959 and was buried at Elmwood Cemetery.
