Lovoy's Italian Restaurant is specializes in "Italian-American cuisine" and is located at 420 Green Spring Highway in Homewood. The restaurant is open for dinner Monday through Saturday. Starting in March 2007, Lovoy's began catering and serving lunch.

Lovoy's was originally opened in downtown Birmingham in 1955 by Frank Lovoy Sr. The current location on Green Springs Highway opened in 1965. Ownership of the restaurant has passed from Frank Lovoy Sr to his son, Frank Lovoy Jr, to his son Zac Lovoy. The restaurant's current chef has worked at Lovoy's since 1975 and was trained by Frank Lovoy Sr's wife, Juliet.

Lovoy's is a favorite of many local residents and has won The Birmingham News' Readers' Choice Award for "Best Italian Restaurant" in 2002, 2005, and 2006.
