Luvenia Ellington Little (born December 18, 1924 in Birmingham; died February 5, 2016 in Birmingham) was the mother of Mayor William Bell.
Little was the daughter of Ida Mae and Haze Ellington. She grew up in Birmingham and graduated from Parker High School.
Little passed away at St Vincent's Hospital in February 2016. She was buried at Elmwood Cemetery.
