Mark Martin (born c. 1955 in Oxford) is the prosecuting attorney for Black Warrior Riverkeeper.
Martin graduated from Oxford High School and earned his bachelor's degree at Jacksonville State University. He began practicing law in 1981 after completing a juris doctorate at Samford University's Cumberland School of Law.
