Massey Building is a 10 story office building located on the southwest corner of 3rd Avenue North and 21st Street North. The 65,000 square foot building is primarily leased to attorneys, with small retail spaces located on the first floor. Those spaces are currently occupied by Moe's Original BBQ and Remon's Clothier. The building is currently owned by brothers Leo and Ed Ticheli.
Built in 1925, Massey Building was named for its original developer, R. W. Massey. It was designed by William Leslie Welton. Taking inspiration from Spanish Moorish architecture, the building features spiral-fluted columns and pointed elements atop the parapet meant to mimic minarets.
