Max's Delicatessen is a Jewish delicatessen located at 3431 Colonnade Parkway at The Colonnade. It was opened in January 2009 by Steve Dubrinsky and Cliff Samen, both of whose fathers were named "Max". It sources deli meats from United Meat and Deli in Detroit, Michigan and serves Red Diamond coffee and tea and bagels baked by Continental Bakery. The executive chef is Jack Slomovicz. His menu is known for its Reuben sandwiches, 10-ounce Angus burgers, and blintzes.

In January 2013, Dubrinsky sold the restaurant to Kyung Chung.
