Mignon Hall Blair (born c. 1887; died May 24, 1972 in Tarrant) was a newspaper reporter and one of the founders of the Birmingham Press Club.

Mignon was the daughter of James Hugh Blair Hall, founder of Oak Grove's Zelosophia Academy, and his wife, Emma. She began working for The Birmingham News when she was sixteen.

Over the next several decades, Blair worked for a variety of papers in New Orleans, Louisiana; Atlanta, Georgia; New York, New York; and Newark, New Jersey. She retired to Tarrant, where she died in 1972.
