Monarch Windows and Doors, founded as Jenkins Lumber Company, is a window and door manufacturer operating as a division of Woodgrain Millwork, Inc. of Fruitland, Idaho.
Raleigh Jenkins, Sr founded the lumber company in Birmingham in 1888. His son, Raleigh Jr, became president in 1936 and diversified the company as Jenkins Manufacturing. He moved the company to Anniston in 1962, expanding into window manufacturing.
Monarch manufactures wood, aluminum clad, fiberglass and cellular composite windows and doors. The company was acquired by Woodgrain Millwork in 2007.
