Mt Pleasant United Methodist Church was a congregation of the North Alabama Conference of the United Methodist Church and previously of the Central Alabama Conference of the Methodist Church located in Hooper City at 4048 Church Street North. In 2013 it merged with Douglasville United Methodist Church and Wright’s Chapel United Methodist Church to form New Beginnings United Methodist Church in North Birmingham.
