Nick Pihakis (born c. 1958) is the owner of Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q, which he founded with his father, Jim in 1985. He is also a founder of Fresh Hospitality, the restaurant's parent company, and of the Fatback Collective an all-star team which cooks at regional barbecue competitions.
