Noelia Voigt (born November 1, 1999 in Sarasota, Florida) is a fashion model and former Miss USA.

Voigt is the daughter of Jack Voigt, a former professional baseball player, and Jackeline Coromoto Briceño, a native of Maracaibo, Venezuela. She grew up in Florida and attended the Pine View School for the Gifted in Osprey. In 2018 she enrolled in the Aveda Institute in Birmingham, graduating in 2019 as valedictorian of her class and co-founding the Iron City Lash Bar. That fall she began taking courses in art history, psychology, and communication at Jefferson State Junior College. In January 2020 she enrolled at the University of Alabama as an interior design major, and worked part-time as a server at Foosackly's. In 2022 she began working as an interior design consultant for Restoration Hardware at The Summit. She completed her diploma online through the National Design Academy and moved to South Jordan, Utah in April 2023.

Voigt began competing in pageants as a teenager, winning the "Miss Teen Florida" crown in Daytona Beach in 2018. Drawing on her own experiences, she adopted an anti-bullying platform for her pageant competitions. In 2021 she wrote a children's book inspired by Maddie Whittsett, daughter of a Birmingham firefighter, who was experiencing bullying and died by suicide in 2018. In 2021 Voigt represented both Alabama and Connecticut in the "Miss Collegiate America" competition. As "Miss Camelia" in 2022 she was runner-up to Katelyn Vinson in the Miss Alabama USA pageant. The following year, competing as Miss Greystone, she finished second again, behind Sophie Burzynsk.

After moving to Utah, Voigt won the 2023 Miss Utah USA pageant, and went on to win the Miss USA crown at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino in Reno, Nevada in September. She represented the United States at that November's "Miss Universe" pageant at the Gimnasio Nacional José Adolfo Pineda in San Salvador, El Salvador, finishing as one of the top 20 of 84 contestants.

Citing the prioritization of her own mental health, Voigt resigned her Miss USA title on May 6, 2024.
