Off The Hook food truck in 2014

Off The Hook is a food truck and catering business launched in 2012 by Rayford Cook. Its menu features seafood dishes such as fish tacos, shrimp po-boys, crab cake sliders, and spicy "Rocket Shrimp".

In March 2014 Cook took over the former Surin & Company location in the Concord Center at 2100 3rd Avenue North and opened Hooked, which serves favorites from the food truck's menu along with other entrees.
