Otey's Tavern (originally Cacky's) is a bar and restaurant located at 224 Country Club Park in Crestline Village. It was founded in 1989 by Catherine Oztekin.

Otzekin, a former bond trader known to her friends as "Cacky", opened the bar after returning to Mountain Brook from Atlanta. She sold the business to manager John Otey Hutchinson and Kenny McDowell in 1991. He changed the name (keeping the "Y'S" from the original sign) and hired cook Rodney Davis to expand the menu a few years later. Davis was awarded a "Key to the City of Mountain Brook" in recognition of his 30 years working in the community in 2022.

Hutchinson sold the bar to Will Haver and Jay Wilson in 2007.

Longtime bartender Richard "Tight" Cheaney, whom Otey hired away from Cecil's Public House in Alexander City, died in 2009.
