Paramount is a bar and grill located at 200 20th Street North in the Roden Block on the northwest corner of 20th Street and 2nd Avenue North. Owned by Chris Cullen, Neville Baay, Ben Smith, Brian Somershield and Geoff Lockert of Trattoria Centrale and El Barrio, the bar opened in early February, 2014.

The bar, like the desert shop which preceded it, was named for the Paramount Cigar & Candy Company, which had opened in the space in 1933 as the Paramount Cigar & Soda Company.

Paramount, which is open from 3:00 to midnight seven days a week serves burgers and sandwiches in addition to regular drink specials.

Mike Gibson of Appleseed Workshop designed and constructed the renovations, and graffiti artist Shane Boteler enhanced some of the existing artwork.
