Park Tower was developed so that all utilities except telephone service were included in the lease. Each unit was equipped with central gas heating and cooling, gas-fired water heaters, ranges, and ovens. A separate laundry room on each floor also featured gas clothes dryers. The lobby featured a lounge and a main-level plaza included a swimming pool with covered cabanas decorated with a "Polynesian" motif and lit by gas lamps. Each floor also provided extra storage room for tenants. [[Leedy & Co.]] acted as leasing agent.

The building's common spaces were recently renovated with designer finishes and furnishings.  More upgrades such as fresh paint and updated pool area are in store.
