Park Tower, originally Park Tower Apartments, is an 11-story, 110-unit condominium tower at 2711–2717 Highland Avenue South. It was developed by attorney I. T. Cohen of Atlanta, Georgia with Birmingham's Simon A. Cohen & Associates in 1968.
