Park Tower is a residential condo at 2717 [[Highland Avenue]] South. Construction of Park Tower was completed in 1969.  Originally designed as Park Tower Apartments by Giattina Fisher & Company (now [[Giattina Aycock Architecture Studio]]), the 11-story modern structure is home to 110 residential units and one commercial unit.
Shortly after opening as luxury apartments, the building was converted into [[Birmingham]]'s first fee-simple condominium project. The facility features a swimming pool, poolside club room, on-site salon, parking garage, and on-site security service.  In addition, first floor residents have over-sized terraces and 10-foot ceilings.
