Park Tower is an 11-story, 110-unit condominium tower at 2717 Highland Avenue South. It was designed by Giattina Fisher & Company as Park Tower Apartments and completed in 1969. In addition to the residential units, the modern structure also has one commercial unit.
Shortly after opening as luxury apartments, the building was converted into Birmingham's first fee-simple condominium project. The facility features a swimming pool, poolside club room, on-site salon, parking garage, and on-site security service. In addition, first floor residents have over-sized terraces and 10-foot ceilings.
