Park Tower is a residential condo at 2717 [[Highland Avenue]] South. Construction of Park Tower was completed in 1969.  Originally designed as Park Tower Apartments by Giattina Fisher & Company (now [[Giattina Aycock Architecture Studio]]), the 11-story modern structure is home to 110 residential units and one commercial unit.
The facility features a swimming pool, poolside club room, on-site salon, parking garage, full-time building manager, and on-site security service.  In addition, first floor residents have over-sized terraces and 10-foot ceilings while the penthouses feature complete views of [[Vulcan Park]], [[Sloss Furnace]], and the Birmingham skyline.
