Parkridge Cottages

Parkridge Cottages is a $5 million, 16-unit condominium development by Ruffner Mountain Management located at the corner of Central Avenue and Parkridge Drive, adjacent to Homewood Central Park in Homewood.

The shingle-clad design by Garrison Barrett Group features stone chimneys and an arched carriageway opening into the center parking court. Maxus Construction is the builder, and construction is expected to be completed in March 2007. Ingram and Associates are marketing the units in the $300,000 to $650,000 range.
