The Parkwood Road bridge over Shades Creek is a 131-foot-long by 24-foot-wide concrete road bridge carrying Parkwood Road (Jefferson County Road 6) over Shades Creek southwest of Parkwood in southern Jefferson County.

The bridge was constructed in 1940 by the Jefferson County Department of Roads and Transportation. It has been rated as in "fair" structural condition since at least 1990. In September 2022 the county contracted with Barge Design Solutions to consult on a potential replacement of the bridge's superstructure. Bidding for the work is expected to begin in October 2023.
