Paul Cordes Wilm (born November 17, 1970) is a film and video maker, musician, writer, photographer, web designer, performance artist, as well as a visual artist residing in Birmingham. Wilm and his identical twin brother Peter were the last of 5 children born to their parents in the Mobile County town of Theodore. Wilm moved to Montevallo in 1990 to attend the University of Montevallo.

Wilm's paintings have been in shows at the Bare Hands Gallery, are regularly exhibited at Naked Art, and have been featured as cover art on Black and White and Birmingham Weekly newspapers. His style is a blend of the Visionary Outsider Art movement which includes artists Howard Finster, R.A. Miller and Mose Tolliver and Pop Art ( Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, etc) and that because of this, it has been labelled "folk-pop" [1]. His paintings are on display in various spots around Birmingham, including ROJO. Wilm most recently had an exhibit on December 1, 2006 at pelvis space in the Pheonix Lofts called Stark, Please, which also included art from his brother Peter and music from their band Fred and Daily.

Wilm has been in various local bands, including Every Alice on Earth, Nowhere Squares and Fred and Daily.
