Phelan Park in 2018

The Phelan Park Historic District was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989. The Phelan Park neighborhood came into being after the 15th Street South streetcar line was opened in 1907. The centerpiece of the district is Phelan Park.

It is roughly bounded by 13th Avenue South, 14th Street South, 16th Avenue South, and 13th Place South.
