Pinson Valley Parkway is the name of Alabama State Highway 79 as it passes through Tarrant and Pinson.

The street numbering for Pinson Valley Parkway begins where Vanderbilt Road crosses Jefferson Boulevard in Tarrant, and continues through Pinson to Alabama State Highway 151 / Narrows Road. For much of that stretch, the parkway forms the northern edge of Birmingham's city limits, with some Birmingham parcels, including a large part of the Valley East Industrial Park, extending across the parkway.
