The Plaza Grill was a restaurant operated by George Triantos at 2180 11th Court South, behind and below the Highland Plaza shopping center from 1938 to the early 1940s. The restaurant advertised barbecue sandwiches and plates, beef, pork and lamb, as well as Italian spaghetti and ravioli.

The restaurant's liquor license was revoked by the Birmingham City Commission on August 16, 1938.

The space was later operated by Jack Caddell as Caddell's Creamery.
